Amber & Vetiver is an independent reseller of niche fragrances in Europe. We work with one of the largest third-party distributor networks in Europe purchasing the inventory from authorized fragrance dealers and reputable wholesalers.

We only work with reputable third parties and main European couriers to supply you with the items ordered from our website.

All products offered on our website are 100% authentic, guaranteed.

All fragrance bottles and packaging boxes should have the batch code and this must match. The plastic wrapping should be tightly sealed, not loose or missing. To check whether the product is genuine, you can use the following website: www.checkfresh.com. Just select the brand name and enter batch code and if the product is genuine, it will be recognized and you will be able to see the production date.

From ordering to delivery of a product at your home it can take on average up to six days.

All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition.

The first thing you should do is check that the number of received packages matches those sent. Secondly, inspect each package externally with great care in order to see if there are any signs of it having been hit or mishandled, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals broken, or any other sign that may lead to suspicion that the goods may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave a note and signature on the courier's delivery note, either on paper or digitally (PDA), "PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED" if these signs are present. Not signing a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED and then presenting images that show visible damage will mean the incident will automatically be rejected.
