The name "Eau Mohéli" is inspired by the island of Mohéli in the Comoros archipelago visited as part of a project to regenerate the production of high-grade ylang-ylang essence, a key ingredient in the perfume, on the island. The name reflects the journey of this exotic flower from its remote island home in the Indian Ocean.

The fragrance opens with a pronounced scent of ylang-ylang, presenting a warm, sweet yet slightly bitter aroma that stimulates the senses. This initial olfactory experience is slightly mellowed by the soft, spicy undertones of pink peppercorn, grounding the overall impact. As the fragrance develops, the heart notes of ginger and vetiver emerge, introducing a fresh and spicy kick.
