Papilefiko by Nishane is a unisex fragrance that was released in 2022. The name “Papilefiko” is inspired by “Papilia Efiko” which means Butterfly Effect in Esperanto. Just like the butterfly effect – a property of chaotic systems by which small changes in primary conditions can lead to great-scale and unpredictable variation in the future state of the system– one individual’s action eventually will affect the flow of the whole world. Any small action taken would trigger other actions that would be followed by greater consequences. Through its adventurous and galvanized aromas of the world, this scent is intended to provoke and spark the desire to act.
The fragrances opens up with spicy-citrusy notes of cardamom, coriander, and citrus. At the heart of the fragrance the aromatic notes of Provençal lavender, artemisia, and jasmine emerge. The base notes is an enchanting blend of fir balsam, moss, and styrax.
