In ancient Greek mythology, Arethusa was a freshwater nymph who, transformed into a fountain by the goddess Artemis, embodied the grace and elegance associated with water nymphs.

 The fragrance opens with a stunning composition of citrusy orange and pink grapefruit, skilfully blended with sweet fig and juicy plum, spicy ginger and sage and warm sandalwood. The pomegranate notes at the heart of the fragrance are fused with a floral bouquet of jasmine, rose, orange blossom and heather, with a touch of saffron. The floral notes create an ethereal bouquet that celebrates the nymphic elegance of Arethusa. As the fragrance descends, it settles into an aquatic base with the notes of sea water, salt, vetiver and sand, intertwined with  accords of labdanum and leather, accentuated by patchouli and vetiver.
